The APTENISA pilot programme for business ideation and acceleration promoted by the Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain (APTE) and co-financed by the National Innovation Company, SME, SA (ENISA) participated in the 12th Transfiere Forum held at the FYCMA (Trade Fair and Congress Centre of Malaga) to put the finishing touch to the first edition of this successful programme and to introduce the investment community to 32 new companies located in 10 science and technology parks in 8 autonomous communities
Through a demo day held in the Agora space of the forum, most of the companies participating in the programme, including Ahyres, Anum, Artis Development, Bibagu, Clic Order, Click Emo, Daos, Doti, Easy Chatbot, Ecofibral, Fibras Naturales Canarias, Genbioma, GoData, Hexavrse, IArte, Iki Health, InferIA, Kamaros Aquaculture, Lueira, Nimbus Connected Solutions, Nret-Neurorehabilitation by Eye Tracker, Onconeovac, Pick and Pay, Pipalöök, Plaved, Room2030, Scalade, Southern Biorefinery, Thermosentinel, TotIA, Visutrain and Wearbe, were able to present their value propositions to the investment community.
The 32 start-ups have been accompanied at all times by the 10 science and technology parks participating in the initiative:

- Balearic Technological Innovation Park (ParcBit)
- Science and Technology Park of Tenerife

- Alicante Science Park
- Avilés Science and Technology Park “Isla de la Innovación”
This project, which was launched in the last edition of Transfiere, aims to facilitate the creation of new technology-based companies and reduce the obstacles they face during their growth, thus supporting the development of a size that will make them more competitive.
One year later APTENISA is present at Transfiere with a stand and networking agendas with which participating startups can have the opportunity to generate synergies and possible collaborations with the thousands of participants of the 12th edition of the Transfiere Forum, as well as have direct contact with investors at today’s DEMO DAY.
The CEO of ENISA, José Bayón, and the president of APTE, Felipe Romera, visited the APTENISA stand to meet the accelerated startups and announce the launch of a new edition of APTENISA for 2023.
José Bayón stressed that the pilot initiative has developed as planned, meeting the objectives of launching 100 business ideas and accelerating 32 startups and announced the upcoming start of APTENISA 2023, which includes new features compared to the pilot edition, among which are the forthcoming incorporation of two new participating parks: Parque Científico y Tecnológico Cartuja and Parque Científico de la Universidad Carlos II de Madrid – Leganés Tecnológico and the inclusion of the APTENISA Community which aims to expand the community of participants in the programme.
For his part, Felipe Romera, president of APTE, has valued very positively the development of the programme and stressed that it is serving to structure the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Spain.
This activity is in line with the Spain Entrepreneurial Nation Strategy (ENE), the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and publicly funded entrepreneurship support activities.
