The company based in Málaga, which is located in Málaga TechPark, presents the exhibition ‘A walk through diversity’ on the occasion of the International LGTBIQ+ Pride Day.
At OPPLUS, they promote diversity all year round through different actions where they learn about gender equality, LGTBIQ+ inclusion or generational diversity.
On the occasion of the International Pride Day, they celebrated a round table conference where the company’s employees played a leading role as they told their stories and those of their environment.
This round table conference, which was attended by employees of different ages and personal backgrounds, was a way of showing the wide variety of stories and experiences that make up the rich diversity of the OPPLUS workforce. By presenting different versions and testimonies, they highlighted the progress and achievements that have been made towards equality and inclusion throughout the years.
The inclusion of diversity in the workplace is a top priority for OPPLUS, and this event was an opportunity to further strengthen its commitment to building an inclusive and welcoming workplace for all employees. Furthermore, from 26 June to 7 July, you can visit the exhibition “A walk through diversity” in OPPLUS’ outdoor facilities, which shows the history of plurality in Málaga. This initiative focuses on the important role that Málaga plays in the defence of LGTBIQ+ rights, as well as its leading role in the fight for equality and inclusion of all kinds of people.
The exhibition highlights the historical milestones, the key organisations and individuals that played a significant role in the fight for LGTBIQ+ rights in Málaga. From the first activist movements to more recent achievements, “A walk through diversity” shows the progress made in achieving equality and celebrating diversity in the city.
