UAD360 will gather the hacker community at its 4th Cybersecurity Congress in Málaga

  • It will take place on Friday, 14th June in the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería (E.T.S.I.) Informática (School of Computer Engineering) of the University of Málaga
  • Ten experts, with an international recognized track record in cybersecurity, will explain the latest trends and challenges in the sector.

The main event aimed at the cybersecurity community, UAD360, will take place on 14th June in the E.T.S.I. of Computer Science of the University of Málaga, where ten cybersecurity experts nationally recognized will meet to discuss the latest newness of the sector.

This fourth edition of the Cybersecurity Congress UAD360 is positioned as a meeting space for specialists, professionals, and students, where the main current issues in computer security will be addressed.

CONGRESS SCHEDULE

The event, scheduled for the whole day on Friday 14th June from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the E.T.S.I. auditorium with a capacity of 400 people, offers a complete programme of technical and educational talks.

The congress will have some of the biggest specialists of the country, such as Carlos Seisdedos, the cyber-intelligence analyst; Marta Gómez, Software Engineer of Google; the creator of Burp Bounty, the platform to make proofs of penetration in web applications, Eduardo García Melia; Rubén García and Juan Ortega, Lead Software Developer and CTO of Hispasec; Joel Gámez, Red Team Cybersecurity Expert, Pablo San Emeterio, CEO of Vapasec; Mercedes Muñoz, Pentester in Telefónica Tech and, Carlos Polop, responsible for closing the congress and manager of HackTricks, the most famous educational wiki about hacking and cybersecurity. Moreover, there will be blocks of short talks, a networking zone, challenges and raffles.

In 2024, the congress, organized by Hispasec counts on the institutional support of the Center of Cybersecurity of the Digital Agency of Andalusia and the E.T.S.I. of Computer Science of the University of Málaga and, it is possible thanks to the Cajamar, Koodous and XM Cyber sponsorship. Additionally, it has the collaboration of several cyber communities that have joined together with the same spreading objective about cybersecurity contents, such as Hackademics Forum and Hack and Beers from Córdoba, Hack-én in Jaén, Yes We Tech and Securiters, that promote the equal opportunities in the technological sector, OpenSouthCode, free technology reference event, among others.
