The educational model allows students to combine academic training with real work experience
The Network of Dual Vocational Training Facilitators from the Department of Educational Development and Vocational Training held an information session with companies at Málaga TechPark on the morning of this past Tuesday at the park’s headquarters.
The aforementioned institution, which is part of the Regional Government of Andalusia, informed attendees about collaboration opportunities in Vocational Training offered by public vocational training centers in Málaga city and its province.
The event brought together a dozen representatives from companies at Málaga TechPark, who were welcomed by the park’s general director, Felipe Romera. Romera emphasized the importance of both the session and the Dual Vocational Training model.
The aim was to attract companies interested in this educational model and connect them with these educational centers. This model allows students to combine their academic training with real work experience in specific sectors.
This situation improves their employability and allows them to acquire practical skills directly related to the students’ professional future. The collaboration is beneficial for both companies and students,as it provides students with the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real professional environment.
