IWG has inaugurated Regus, its new coworking office building at Málaga TechPark. Open since February, it already houses several companies within its 810-square-meter coworking space.
The inauguration event was attended by the General Director of Málaga TechPark, Felipe Romera, and the Councilor for Innovation, Urban Digitalization, Promotion of Technological and Business Investment, and Investment Attraction, Alicia Izquierdo.
“We needed this way of developing the attraction of companies, allowing them to come and settle here quickly so they can see what’s happening in Málaga, enter the ecosystem, and then decide whether to expand their presence,” said Romera.
“In recent years, Málaga has transformed and has become an attractive destination. Having partners like Regus helps us meet the needs of the companies arriving in the city,” said Izquierdo.
The building has a total of 37 offices, as well as a cafeteria, kitchens, and showers, spread across two floors and a semi-basement. Currently, Regus at Málaga TechPark is already 81% occupied.
