BIC Euronova, the oldest incubator of innovative companies in Malaga with almost 30 years’ experience as a European Business and Innovation Centre has reinforced its sanitary safety measures with respect to COVID19, in order to return to work at its headquarters in the Andalusia Technology Park. Also, BIC Euronova continues to attract innovative talent to its centre, with the first incorporation of a new innovative business project during the state of alert. This new company is Nestti.
All the safety measures have been implemented following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health. Likewise, BIC Euronova’s management is part of the Andalusian Technology Park’s emergency committee, and therefore the recommendations made by this committee have been followed. And also in accordance with the measures adopted in other BIC centers both in Spain and in Europe, thanks to the membership of BIC Euronova in ANCES (Association of Spanish BICs) and EBN (European Network of BICs).
Therefore, all BIC Euronova’s common facilities, offices, coworking, terrace and meeting and training rooms have been adapted, establishing maximum capacity for the different rooms, with a distance of 2 meters or more. We urge all the companies in the centre to comply with this distance in their own offices.
In addition to daily reinforcing the cleaning and disinfection of the center, the building has disinfectant materials at the entrances, as well as hydroalcoholic gels distributed and accessible in all rooms. Also, the signs in the common areas of the building provide recommendations to be followed by workers regarding preventive measures
Finally, the training activities and events will be reactivated in phases, always complying with the health recommendations, and online activities and events will be promoted.
