Professor Bernardo Crespo, one of the leading experts on digital transformation, gave the master class ‘Collaboration between humans and machines: the paradigm of augmented intelligence’.
Málaga TechPark and IE Business School today held a conference-colloquium by Professor Bernardo Crespo entitled ‘Collaboration between humans and machines: the paradigm of augmented intelligence.’ The event took place in The Green Lemon space of the technology park.
Bernardo Crespo has been recognised by Expansión as one of the top fifty experts in digital transformation and has held positions such as Digital Transformation Leader at Merkle Spain and Digital Marketing Director at BBVA. He is currently an investor, advisor and professor at IE, where he directs the Digital Transformation Programme and teaches in several executive programmes around the world, including the Advanced Management Program for entrepreneurs and senior managers, whose fifth edition in Málaga will begin on 17 November.
In a context where humans are unable to discern synthetic solutions created by machines and where algorithms are available to everyone thanks to open-source generative solutions, the participants in this event analysed the role of a manager to take full advantage of their teams and the available technology. They discussed the skills that should be developed at a personal level and those that should be facilitated at a collective level.
The event was chaired by the Director of Málaga TechPark, Felipe Romera; the Director of Business Development and Investment Attraction, Lourdes Cruz; and the Director of Executive Education for Andalusia at IE, Soledad Cánovas. The event was attended by numerous executives from the different companies established in the park.
