The MakeMyFuture project publishes the modules with the training path for VET students

The MakeMyFuture modules are now available, a document that provides a maker-based training path for VET students aiming to support the achievement of advanced digital competences in line with the Profiles previously identified by the MakeMyFuture Competence Framework, namely Additive Manufacturing Technician, Computer Numerical Control – CNC Operations Technician, Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing – CAD/CAM Technician and Robotic Machine Technician for Industry 4.0.

The training path has been designed and structured into modules in order to gradually align the learning outcomes of VET students with the advanced digital competences required by Industry 4.0. The modules have a clear framework describing timing, type of activity, tools and materials needed, steps to be implemented, assessment methodology and skills, knowledge and competences acquired. It combines a knowledge/theoretical component with original hands-on activities based on the main digital technologies used by Fablabs and Industry 4.0 in partner countries (Italy, Spain, Germany, Malta, and Poland).

In this document, in addition to the detailed description of the profiles, you can find also a description of the methodology implemented by the MakeMyFuture partnership. This will enable other organisations and countries to do the same process and adapt the Modules to their contexts and interests.

MakeMyFuture is a cooperation project in the education and vocational training sector (KA220-VET) funded within the framework of the European Erasmus+ programme, in which Málaga TechPark participates together with several European partners. Its main objective is to improve the employability of young people and increase synergies with companies in the industrial sector.
