‘For Digital Talent’ Program by Fundación ONCE/Inserta continues to advance in Málaga TechPark

Jornada Por Talento- Digital
Fundación ONCE has highlighted the role of Málaga TechPark for other parks to join this project aimed at supporting the labor inclusion of people with disabilities.

The “Full Stack Developer” training program began in October for the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in collaboration with the Malaga TechPark companies Ingenia, Minsait by Indra, CGI Opplus, Enreach, The Workshop and Avanade. This project continues with the 15 students selected after the first phase.

The second part of the program began in October, and steps are still being taken to bring students closer to the reality of the Málaga TechPark companies that collaborate in this project.

The second networking session took place virtually within the framework of this training program this morning. The Director of Business Development and Investments Attraction of Málaga TechPark, Lourdes Cruz, has been in charge of starting the event by presenting the companies from the technopolis that participate in today’s meeting. Before saying goodbye, the representative of the technology park thanked the enthusiastic participation of the students and Fundación ONCE (ONCE Foundation) for their commitment to collaborating with Málaga TechPark to carry out this pilot project.

For his part, Iván Carmona, Technical Directorate of Training and Employment, Operations and Transformation of Fundación ONCE has valued the participation of Málaga TechPark, which has encouraged other technology parks to join this initiative, and has thanked the companies that have opened their doors to employment insertion.

The Málaga TechPark companies, Avanade, Minsait by Indra and CGI, have participated today. Their representatives have presented to the students the reality of their respective companies and the possibilities for professional development offered by the Digital Talent Program.

Professional development in companies, career plans, juniors in a technology multinational, the applicability of Java projects to real life and some success stories have been the themes on which today’s conference was based.

Students will have the opportunity to have the participation of the rest of the collaborating companies in this project, such as Ingenia, Opplus, Enreach and The Workshop, in future activities that will be carried out throughout the program.

This project is a pioneering initiative in Spain, since it is the first time that Fundación ONCE / Inserta has carried out this project in a technology park.
